These Terms of Use govern your use of Melodi ("the app"), provided by Behzad Richey ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You retain all rights to the sheet music, annotations, and other content you bring into the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to possess and use the scores you import. We claim no ownership over your content.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or any part of it.

Paid features are sold through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your Apple account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Features that follow your playing depend on your instrument, environment, and device, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost data. Please keep backups of important content using your device's normal backup features.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
